  • Who is invited to the retreat?

    All of our Colorado offices are invited to attend! This includes both agents and staff.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    Yes! You are invited to bring a plus-one to the welcome reception/happy hour on the evening of the 14th—agents only for our day event on the 15th.

  • Do I need to register prior to the retreat?

    Yes. All agents need to pay/register for the conference AND book their hotel room through The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch before the conference. Register and book your room by August 16th!

  • When do I need to register & book my room by?

    Please register AND book your hotel room by August 16th!

  • How much is our discounted rate at the Ritz?

    Our discounted rate is $419 per room per night (this includes all resort fees).

    Our discounted rate is valid from Saturday, September 12th, through Wednesday, September 16th, if you would like to extend your stay.

  • Do I have to stay at The Ritz-Carlton?

    Nope! Feel free to stay anywhere in Avon and join us for the welcome reception and the day retreat at The Ritz.

  • How much is the retreat?

    The retreat is $300 for attendees.

  • How do I know my registration went through?

    Once you have registered, make sure you go to your cart in the top right-hand corner of the website. There, you will check out with your credit card/payment info. You will receive a confirmation email after that.

  • Where do I park at the Ritz-Carlton?

    All cars need to be valet-parked at the hotel entrance. There is no self-parking.

  • What else can I do in Beaver Creek?

    Complimentary shuttles via the Village Connect App are provided to guests at the Ritz to Beaver Creek Village and nearby designated drop-off locations. Go explore, eat, hike & enjoy the mountain!

  • What food & drink is being provided at the retreat?

    Drinks & heavy appetizers will be served at the welcome reception. Coffee, breakfast burritos, and a full lunch will be served at the day event on the 15th.

    All attendees are on their own for dinner on Monday evening, the 14th.

  • Is there transportation from the hotel into Beaver Creek Village?

    YES! The hotel provides complimentary local shuttle transportation to Beaver Creek Village using the Village Connect app.

    YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND REQUEST A SHUTTLE RIDE VIA THE VILLAGE CONNECT APP.

  • What time can I check into the hotel?

    You can check in at 4 pm on your arrival day. If you are arriving before 4 pm, the hotel can hold your luggage while you use the hotel’s amenities.

  • What time is hotel check out?

    Hotel check-out is at 11 am. If you are checking out on the 15th, PLEASE check out before you come to the retreat.

  • What restaurants are at the hotel?
